Dear beneficiaries:
On January 10, 2018, the Quebec Superior Court rendered a favourable decision regarding the Judicial Demand to Institute Proceedings for the Termination of a Social Trust, Homologation of a Final Accounting and For Final Release and Discharge of Trustees (the “Judicial Demand”). An electronic copy of the judgment rendered by Justice Thomas Davis, Justice of the Quebec Superior Court, District of Montreal, is available for download hereinbelow in PDF format with Adobe Acrobat PDF.
In the coming weeks, the trustees will take measures to execute the judgment rendered and to constitute the High Arctic Relocatee Partition Trust (HARPT), upon such time, the HARPT will commence the administrative process which will lead to the final distributions to the beneficiaries.
