Halutik is the main provider of diesel, gasoline, and aircraft fuels in Kuujjuaq. The total distribution is approximately 18-million liters annually, and has been steadily increasing despite recent declines in mining exploration and the outfitting industry.
Fuel delivery provides an essential service to Kuujjuaq residents in all kinds of weather, notably aircraft refueling available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Furthermore, there are more buildings added to the fuel delivery inventory annually due to the continual growth of the community for both residential and commercial buildings.
Halutik operates a garage in Kuujjuaq, offering motor vehicle mechanical services to the community, and the provision of vehicle service contracts.
Halutik operates a small property management division consisting of three residential houses for rent in Kuujjuaq.
