The Makivvik Department of Environment, Wildlife, and Research manages the Harvester Support Grant, a federal fund designed to support local and regional projects across Nunavik.
This grant is available year-round to non-profit organizations for initiatives that assist harvesters, promote the sharing of country food, and preserve and pass on Inuit knowledge.
